Der Einstieg in diese 6 teilige Miniserie ist etwas merkwürdig, recht fantastisch, absurd und auch etwas traurig.
Die wenigen Seiten geben erstaunlich viel her. Wir lernen die Akteure in diesem Spiel kennen, die IFs (imaginäre Freunde) stellen sich vor und ein aufziehende Gefahr wird erwähnt.
Die Schreibweise von Herrn Smith finde ich mal wieder grandios. Seine ausschweifenden, aber nicht langweiligen Beschreibungen sind wieder ein Fest. Ist die Stimmung zum Start noch recht freundlich und auch etwas märchenhaft, kippt diese zum Ende hin leicht ins deprimierend, düstere.
Ich bin gespannt wie's weiter geht.
