Meine Meinung:
Dies war mein erstes Buch von Kristan Higgins und es katapultierte die Autorin gleich auf meine persönlich auto-buy-Liste. Die Personen sind sympathisch, der Schreibstil unterhaltsam und der Humor bzw. die Situationskomik trifft genau meinen Nerv.
Auch wenn das Buch in meinen Augen ein paar kleine Schwächen hatte und andere Bücher der Autorin noch besser sind, so fallen diese im Gesamten nicht ins Gewicht.

Kristan Higgins schreibt übrigens (bisher) alle ihre Romane in der Ich-Perspektive, was einem einen lustigen Einblick in die (oft selbstironische) Gedanken-Welt der Protagonistin ermöglicht. Ich finde, obwohl ich kein ausgespochener Fan dieser Erzählperspektive bin, die Wahl bei Ihren Romanen sehr gut getroffen und auch sehr gut umgesetzt
